Our Story
BrandeDoc by Mian Farhan was not born in a boardroom — it was born in pain. It’s visionary, Shahbaz Sarfraz, endured 10 surgeries, 2 years of tuberculosis, and a spinal injury — all due to medical negligence. In that suffering, he found a mission:
“Patients don’t just suffer from disease. They suffer from not knowing which doctor they can trust.”
BrandeDoc was built to end this uncertainty — by making ethical, competent doctors visible, respected, and digitally trusted.

BrandeDoc Doctor Onboarding & Trust Agreement
Document Purpose:
This document serves as a foundational onboarding and ethical agreement between BrandeDoc and the doctor joining our trusted branding ecosystem. It combines the application form, code of ethics, and contractual understanding to ensure mutual respect, clear expectations, and a shared vision to reduce patient suffering through ethical, compassionate, and professional medical practice.
Code of Trust & Ethics
Compassion Before Commerce:
I wil always prioritize the well-being of the patient over personal or institutional gain.
Transparent Treatment Planning:
I will ensure that patients understand their condition, options, and expected outcomes in plain, respectful language.
Ethical Referral System:
I will refer only to labs, imaging centers, and specialists where the patient's welfare is prioritized, avoiding conflicts of interest.
Equity in Access:
I wil never discriminate or alter the level of service, socioeconomic status, digital literacy, or external appearance.
Fair Medical Practice:
I will not recommend unnecessary procedures, medications, scans, or tests for profit or partnership interests.
Price Integrity:
I will not increase my consultation, procedure, or service fees based on patient desperation, demand surges, or seasonal sensitivity.
Empathy with Every Case:
I recognize that every patient arrives with fear, pain, or confusion, and I will respond with patience, presence, and professionalism.
Digital Responsibility:
I wil ensure that my online presence reflects honesty, empathy, and usefulness free from fear-based marketing or manipulative messages.
Commitment to Humanity:
I acknowledge that medicine is a sacred trust and that branding must only amplify truth — not vanity.

Branding Scope (initially provided):
- Personal Brand Audit
- Strategy & Identity Creation
- Logo + Brand Guidelines
- Social Media Setup + Content Plan
- Video Shoot & Editing (as per package)
- Website & Google Presence Setup
- Retargeting Plan (Advisory/Executi onal Based)
Timeline:
3 months pilot (extendable upon review)
Ownership of Content:
All produced content shall be co-owned by BrandeDoc and the Doctor unless otherwise mutually agreed.
BrandeDoc Service Agreement Overview
Doctor's Responsibilities:
- Timely communication & approval
- Participation in branding session
- Adherence to ethical and empathetic care standards
- Professional conduct online & offline
- Wilingness to gather authentic patient feedback
Payment Terms:
- Performance-based (only after defined growth)
- Monthly Retainer (In pilot months)
Termination Clause:
Both parties may end this agreement with a written notice of 15 days if trust, commitment, or ethical alignment is breached.
